Retail Defit

The team at Bushells Building and Maintenance, have recently delivered another retail defit project in April, located at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre.

Scope of works:

The project was to undertake complete defit works in two seperate tenancies in preparation for them to become one tenancy within the retail premises.

For this project the team:

• Stripped both tenancies completely including:
  • Every fixture and fitting
  • Remove all coverings, both wall and floor.
  • Remove intertenancy wall to form one tenancy
  • Patch and paint all final walls ready for fitout.

All essential works were carried out by centre incumbent contractors which are always carried out before we start works to ensure safety of our workers on site.
