Amberton Sales Office Relocation Project – Part 1.
The team at Bushells Building and Maintenance was recently awarded two fantastic projects by one of our key clients Stockland.
Part one of this project was the relocation of the Amberton Estate sales office from it’s current location, to a new location at the corner of Marmion and Cinnabar Drive in Eglington.
The scope of works for this project included:
- Application for relevant building permits
- Application for certificate of design compliance
- Applications for services disconnections and reconnections
- Application for road closures and traffic management
- Communication with local residences to ensure route clear on days of relocations
- New site preparation including Engineering consultation for site compactions and loadings
- Surveying to peg out new locations
- The supply of new concrete footing disks
- Previous site preparation including,
- Disconnection and relocation of services that include; Electrical, Water and waste, solar panels, and Air-con
- Clearing out of sales offices furniture and fit-out,
- landscaping preparation including concrete and decking removal and disposals,
- Roof preparation including signage, solar panels and aerial removals
- Awning dismantling and reinstallation at new site, including new footings as required
- Lifting of 3 x large sales office buildings and careful relocation and guidance on to new site
- Trenching for new services
- Supply and installation of new soakwells
- Bushells supervision through-out process and works
- Health and safety documentation and implementation through-out
