This last quarter has been a busy one for the team at Bushells Building and Maintenance with a variety of fitouts and defits across Perth. This latest project saw the team at Westfield Carousel undertaking the following works:
The scope of included:
- Scanning floor for any hidden services in the premises
- Supplying and installing 90mm metal stud framed walls to create 2 x rooms
- Supplying and installation of sound proof batts
- Supplying and installation of 13mm Gyprock to both sides, taped and flushed complete with painted skirting
- Sealing and painting the new walls for the new rooms
- Supplying and installation of 2 x large split metal door frames
- Supplying and installations of 2 x solid core doors these being 1.2m wide x 2020 mm (non-fire doors)
- Supplying and installation of door furniture to match existing complete with door closer
- Supplying and installation of 4 x stainless steel kicker plates
- Sealing and painting of all the new walls and doors
