Cladding Replacement – Wangara

As part of our Building Maintenance services, the team at Bushells Building recently undertook a cladding replacement  project at a commercial premises in Wangara.

The scope of work for this particular project included:

1. Set up of mobile scaffolding for safe works at heights
2. Electrician to disconnect and reconnect 4 x lights and 1 security
   sensor.
3. Removal and disposal of all cement board sheets from awning
4. Supply and installation of new cement board sheets, glued and screwed with
   shadow gaps- approx 33sqm in various sizes
5. Fill and flush fixing holes
6. Seal and paint sheets (Approx 33sqm)
