Our team also extended the tenancy by knocking down the inter tenancy wall and installIng a new full height metal framed stud wall, insulated, gyprocked and painted both sides to create a larger leasing space, services were also upgraded and new plumbing installed and all walls, bulkheads and floors were made good.
We also cut back terrazzo tiles to tenancy line and bring to level and left in a uniform finished condition including any reticulation laid within the floor topping.
