Office Fitout – Tenancy in Victoria Park

The team at Bushells Building and Maintenance completed an office fitout in Victoria Park recently. The scope of work included:

1. Supply and installation of metal framed stud wall to create a new room within an existing office which was approximately 3m x 3m in size.
2. Supply and installation of sound proof insulation and 13mm gyprock on both both sides.
3. Flush and prepare walls for painting.
4. Supply and installation of a new glass, Aluminium framed door and frame with new door furniture.
5. Supply and installation of 1x Stiebel Eltron under sink 5 litre hot water unit and mixer tap. We also connected this to existing cold water point within cupboard. Our team tested and commissioned upon completion.This also included the supply of an additional GPO for new HWU.
6. Include patch and paint for the marks and dents on other walls outside of the meeting room
