Amberton Sales Office – Office Fit-out for Stockland – Part 2
Following on from the Amberton Sales office relocation project, Bushells Building and Maintenance were also awarded the project to complete fitout and refurbishment of the offices.
The scope of works for this project included:
- Application for Building permits
- Application for certificate of design compliance
- Working with designers to ensure finishes as required
- Working with engineers for structural loadings
- New electrical works to take new design
- Full Roof and flashing replacement
- Create new openings in walls for the supply and installations of new commercial windows and doors
- Remove 3 x existing windows, frame openings to be cladded over
- Remove and dispose of all external cladding to 2 x elevations
- The supply and installation of a new selflock weather boards cladding to 2 elevations
- Work with designers, engineers and fabricators for the supply and installation of a new gable end to building
- The supply and installation of a new internal walls complete with insulation, gyprock both sides new door and door frame
- The supply and install new “Ned Kelly” window in new wall
- The supply and installation of new cladding to internal walls
- The supply and installation of new cabinetry’s and Joinery’s
- Seal and paint all internal and external surfaces
- Bushells supervision through-out process and works
- Health and safety documentation and implementation through-out
